Oro - Financial Services Startup| Branding | Visual Design

Context

Oro is a social fintech platform that brings housing wellness into the employee benefits stack — helping companies support their employees' path to homeownership while improving retention and productivity. I worked on branding and platform UI alongside the team.

The Problem

As Oro moved from pilot to launch, the brand and product needed to feel like one cohesive story. Design and branding assets weren't yet aligned to a system that could scale with the company's mission — closing the wealth gap through employer-sponsored housing benefits.

Solution

Collaborated with the team to build a coherent visual identity and platform UI that followed brand guidelines and reflected Oro's mission. Worked across branding assets and product surfaces to create a design language that made sense at every touchpoint — from the employer-facing platform to outward-facing materials.

Design Decisions

Mission-driven visual language — Every design choice tied back to Oro's core vision of accessible homeownership, keeping the brand grounded and purposeful.

Scalable consistency — Built within guidelines so new assets and screens could ship without drifting from the established identity.
