StackedCast

The Mission
To make powerlifting media more engaging, accessible, and impactful.
StackedCast blends authentic storytelling with expert insights from elite athletes, coaches, physical therapists, and sport scientists. From long-form conversations to bite-sized social clips, every piece of content is designed to educate, entertain, and grow the powerlifting community.

The Challenge
In a crowded fitness media landscape, powerlifting content struggles to break into the mainstream.
Visibility: Niche sport with limited reach compared to general fitness content.
Retention: Short attention spans require strong hooks and high production value.
Credibility: Building trust requires high-profile guests and professional presentation.

My Approach
1. Content Strategy
Planned a short-form content pipeline that turned long interviews into engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube clips, and memes.
Aligned episode topics with trending community conversations and upcoming competitions.
2. Guest-Driven Growth
Collaborated with major powerlifting federations and leveraged personal connections to secure world-class guests.
Balanced the roster between athletes, coaches, physical therapists, and industry experts for broad appeal.
3. Production & Editing
Edited 20+ videos optimized for Instagram, YouTube, and Spotify.
Designed social media graphics to reinforce brand identity across platforms.
Applied analytics to refine editing styles, posting times, and hook placement.
4. Audience Engagement
Ran interactive polls, Q&As, and behind-the-scenes posts to strengthen listener connection.
Built shareable, humor-driven content to attract non-followers into the community.

Key Takeaways
StackedCast has shown me that storytelling and analytics go hand-in-hand. By pairing creative content with data-driven strategy, we’ve turned a niche podcast into a growing media brand with influence across the powerlifting space.

What I’d Do Next
Expand into YouTube Shorts and TikTok to capture younger audiences.
Introduce series-based content for recurring themes (e.g., training tips, myth-busting, guest Q&As).
Develop a sponsorship media kit to attract brand partnerships and monetize content.
