Visual Design / Marketing Design

1. Problem & Goal

Priority needed updated sell sheets for their MX™ POS system. The old versions had outdated colors, inconsistent layouts, and lacked a clear visual hierarchy. The goal was to create marketing assets that felt modern, on-brand, and easy for potential customers to scan quickly.

2. Research & Reference

I reviewed competitor sell sheets and POS product marketing to understand how information was being structured. Insights showed that sales teams value:

Clarity → Features and benefits must stand out at a glance.

Consistency → Visual alignment with the company’s digital presence builds trust.

Flexibility → Assets should adapt to different sales contexts (print, digital, events).

3. Workflow & Process

Asset Update → Replaced outdated icons, device photos, and typography with new branded assets.

Color Refresh → Updated the color palette to align with Priority’s brand guidelines, improving legibility and visual impact.

Hierarchy & Layout → Reorganized sections (Key Features, Benefits, Essential Tools, Business Enhancing Solutions) to make scanning easier for prospects.

Collaboration → Worked with the François Labs design team to ensure consistency across all Priority marketing materials.

4. Iterations & Refinement

Tested multiple color combinations to balance professional trustworthiness with fresh energy.

Adjusted spacing, headings, and typography weights to make the sheet more digestible in both print and PDF form.

Conducted feedback rounds with internal stakeholders to refine which features/benefits should be highlighted first.

5. Final Outcome

The redesigned sell sheet presents Priority POS as a sleek, modern solution, with clean visuals and structured content that highlights value quickly. The refreshed design aligns with Priority’s updated brand identity and gives sales reps a polished asset to share with prospects.
